As president and founder of J.A.T. & Associates Inc., Joseph brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience to the company and its clients. Prior to being a Career Management Specialist, as an entrepreneur, he has successfully owned and operated a sales and marketing agency serving the high tech industry.
Throughout his career, Joseph has held various senior positions such as General Manager, Sales Supervisor, and President. These opportunities have allowed him to demonstrate his commitment to client and customer satisfaction, and employee training and development.
Joseph has extensive experience in recruiting, supervising, and training employees in a variety of fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments and specializes in interpersonal communication, sales and marketing.
